      Concord always focus on customer satisfaction, constantly develops High-tech equipment meeting international standards.  It keeps us to stay ahead.  At present, Concord's products are including In-line and off-line ICT, FCT and ATE series, Robotics, various ICT/FCT/ATE fixtures, Boundary Scan,  AVI…etc.   Industrial 4.0, and made in China 2025 is our objective.


      Most well-known factories recognized Concord contribution.  In addition to relying on the quality of products and services, it is inseparable from the company's integrity management.  The Founder Chairman, Mr. Lawrence Li and the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Sunny Mok, and the Chief Technical Officer, Mr. Dennis Wang, have always adhered to the basic concept of “integrity is the foundation of business”. 
Concord always uphold the "3 W" basic law which are Work Together, Walk Together and Win Together.   “Work Together” is working with the client which could strengthen the exchange of experience.  Concord continuously understands the various problems encountered in the actual production that provide appropriate solutions to clients.  It creates more value so that clients make better use of their equipment.  “Walk Together” is in constant communication with clients, strengthen mutual trust, mutual understanding, through continuous joint problem solving, listening to clients and the recommendations to improve their product / our equipment.  “Win Together” it is constant innovation, to provide clients with more accurate ATE to ensure product quality and stability.  We help clients grow by all means Concord also grows too.  Concord also committed to our Clients that Concord will not engage in electronics consumer products development to compete with our customers.  All technical data is client confidentiality.  We could sign a confidentiality agreement to eliminate the customer's worries.


       To be a growing company who must understand the customer's needs.  Concord considers the sake of customers rather than just sell the equipment. During cooperation when we have found a know how to improve customer products parameters and progress efficiency, we are willing to walk extra mile and give suggestions.  We would like to help them solve the problem to improve their product quality on the other hand we could sell more our equipment.


      Realize the common growth of enterprises and individuals through the establishment of incentive mechanisms. In order to increase the enthusiasm of the employees and allow employees to share the development results of the company, Mr. Li also adopted the form of employee shareholdings. Mr. Mok and Mr. Wang became the second generation of Concord, focusing the R & D of ICT/ATE and Factory Automation system, sales and service.   Mr. Shao Junhua also became the second generation of HLX.  Nowadays everyone takes into account on their business performance.   The motivated staffs have also been fully mobilized and the division's operating performance steadily.  Not only high salary but enterprise environment is another key factory to retaining talent staffs.  According to one employee said that they regarded Lawrence as their father.  Good income and family-like environment, Concord has accumulated a stable, reliable , integrity and professional team.
